Minted holiday cards (and a giveaway!)

November 4, 2013

I’m excited to kick off Bunny and Dolly’s third blogiversary week with a giveaway from Minted, one of my favorite online retailers for paper goods. What I really like about Minted is that it crowdsources design and art from all over the world, connecting independent designers and artists with design-savvy consumers.

I worked with Minted earlier this year to decorate my sister’s NYC baby shower, and we’ve chosen Minted to print our family holiday cards for the past two years. Unbelievably, it’s time to start thinking about holiday cards again. It seems that packing up the Halloween decorations now signifies the unofficial start of the holiday season!

With Chanukah and Christmas nearly a month apart this year (the first day of Chanukah is actually Thanksgiving!), we’ll be mailing New Year’s cards to our Jewish and non-Jewish family and friends. Not only is it easier to send one batch of cards instead of two, but waiting until the end of December buys us more time.

Still, the next two months are lining up to be quite busy. Besides a trip back East for Thanksgiving, JB and I are going on a babymoon in December (hooray!), which is why I’m starting to think about our New Year’s cards now. In addition to photo and non-photo holiday cards, Minted also offers minibook cards, ornament cards, and shiny foil pressed cards — so pretty!

Whichever type of card we choose, I’m definitely taking advantage of the Minted Address Assistant. Yes, Minted will print addresses on your envelopes for free!

In celebration of my third blogiversary, Minted is giving away 100 holiday cards to one lucky Bunny and Dolly reader!

To enter, follow the instructions on the contest widget below. You’ll be asked to visit Minted and leave a comment on the blog with the type of holiday card you’d choose if you won. After you do that, there will be several additional ways you can enter the giveaway, so please be sure to read the prompts! And good luck!

a Rafflecopter giveaway

The Minted holiday cards giveaway ends on Sunday at midnight, and the winner will be emailed next Monday morning. Sorry, this giveaway is open to US residents only.

Though I’ve heard of it tons, I have never visited Minted. Now I love so much of what I see that I am having a hard time picking just ONE design! My husband and I don’t have children, so we’d go for a non-photo card. I’d opt for the Great State Greetings cards with Iowa as the state. Also, I love the black+gold combination of the Festive Glow cards.
